I'm pretty sad that Christmas is already over. But, it was a pretty great Christmas. Here is us with Justin's family in our matching pj's on Christmas Eve. :)
Christmas Eve was also Keaton's 4 month birthday. :) I just can't believe how big he is getting. A couple of weeks ago we weighed him on my mom's scale and he weighed 9 1/2 lbs! It seems like just yesterday that he was born- 2 lbs 10 oz... wow, how he's grown!
Grandma and Grandpa Norman loving Keaton on Christmas day.
Grandma Norman's got that special touch- Keaton was so nice and comfy in Grandma's arms. I love, love, love this picture- It shows of how sweet and big my little boy is getting. (Just so you know, his shirt says- "I rule. In my little kingdom." My favorite outfit.)
Keaton is starting to be such a vocal little guy. He is full of smiles and stories these days. It is so fun to see him change and grow. Although, I still can't help not wanting him to grow too fast... :)
Keaton and Grandma Adams. Keaton just loves all the attention he gets when we are home.
On Monday, December 27th, for FHE with Justin's family we all went to Temple Square to see the lights- even Keaton decided to join in on the fun. He wasn't so sure what to think about his warm little winter suit, but it kept him nice and cozy which is what mattered the most, right?
It was a pretty cold night out, but it was fun to walk around with Justin's family and enjoy all the beautiful nativities set up all around the temple grounds. It was nice going after Christmas too- it was a little less crowded and it helped us hold onto the spirit of Christmas for just a little bit longer.
life.

smile
December 14th- Keaton is getting so big, so fast! Just recently he has decided he really likes to kick and wiggle around and if you're lucky you'll even get a smile or two out of him. :)

a tree, a bum, and grandparents
December 1st- We are so excited to celebrate this Christmas with Keaton. Our Christmas tree is up and our whole apartment is decorated top to bottom with cute decorations and I'm ready to watch Christmas movies 24/7! (I'm not in love with this picture so much, but...) Everyday the spirit of the holidays gets stronger and stronger. I love it.
Today- (One day Keaton will hate me for having taken this picture...) For the past few weeks Keaton has had a MAJORLY sore bum that just won't heal. There are big red, sad, bleeding spots all over it, and try as I might I can't get them to get better! The doctor told us that letting Keaton "air out" was the best way to help his bum get better, which is harder than it sounds, he doesn't really like being naked very much...at all. Any suggestions out there? I've tried everything... bag balm, butt paste, powder, special stuff from the doctor, different diapers, different wipes, paper towels for wipes... ah, hopefully it will get better soon- if we can keep him naked long enough! :)
Keaton and I had visitors this afternoon. Grandma and Grandpa Craythorne. :) It was so fun to have them come by and hang out with us for a bit! They brought me lunch from In-N-Out -YUM- and then both had a turn holding Keaton for a little bit. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for coming to see us!
And now, Justin is on his way to the Jazz game with Curtis, so... Keaton and I are just hanging out together, probably we'll watch a Christmas movie while I blog, scrapbook, and play on the computer. :)
