8 months.

May 7th- This sassy pants little girl is now 8 months old! Aisley now weights 12 lbs. 10 oz. and is 24 inches long- she is a teeny tiny little thing! But, she is one happy girl. Aisley loves to smile, rolls around all over the floor as a mode of transportation, can almost, almost sit up on her own, has started eating solid foods regularly, takes decent naps, wakes up about once a night to nurse, she finally has started getting used to taking a bottle and has 1-2 bottles (sometimes my milk, sometimes formula) a day lately-as long as mom gives it to her!-, she has the cutest little giggle, and is just an absolute joy in our home. We love our Aisley Pearl!

Stuck.

May 5th-

My view from here- Sunday morning.

May 4th-

This morning I not only took a quick picture with my phone, but I also took a quick snap shot with my heart.

This day was a day I always want to remember. (So many of my days feel like this, but this one in particular stood out... not because it was different or extraordinary, but just because. I am so blessed and I never want to forget that.)
This morning...
I can see my sweet Aisley Pearl anxiously waiting for her breakfast.
I can smell the remaining scent of Keaton's blueberry oatmeal. (Which he devoured.)
I can hear my boys singing primary songs while in the shower.
I can feel the sweetness of the spirit surrounding me and my small family as we prepare ourselves for church.

Oh, how I love the gospel of Jesus Christ! Oh, how I am grateful for the love and mercy I feel from my Savior. I know He lives. I know He is aware of me and my family. I know He loves us! I am grateful for the knowledge that I have that families can be together forever. I know all that I have comes from God and I am extremely grateful for the many and wonderful blessings that I experience in my life each and everyday.

New shoes and a BBQ with great friends!

May 3rd-
We went shopping and I treated myself to 2 new pairs of capri pants and a new pair of shoes! (It has amazed me how much a few new outfits has helped boost my confidence in my self-image! I know they are just material things, but seriously I am starting to think that having a few new clothing items every once in a while is essential to boosting my happiness just a tad.) I'm in love with my new shoes! (And cute new no show socks, that ya can't see, but that I love too!)
Little friends- Maya, Miles, and Keaton.

Maya, Lily, Miles and Keaton. :)

Maya LOVES Aisley and whenever we are around her she loves staying close by Aisley's side. It's the cutest thing ever!

Emilee and BJ Johnson. (Miles is their son.)
John and Jenna Hickey. (This is the Jenna that sent me all of her Washington DC Cherry Blossom pictures!)
 Erin, Lily, and Barrett Yates.
Mary and Tyler Moss. (Maya is their little girl.)

Keaton was in absolute heaven playing with this bubble machine!

Emilee, Jenna, Mary, Erin, Me, and Aisley. Oh, how I love these girls and am so grateful for each of them! And boy, am I going to miss them sooo much when we move away in a month! (We move back to Utah in a month! Sooo bitter sweet... I don't even like thinking about it- it makes me so sad to think about leaving Maryland and all our wonderful friends here!)

My man and my girl all tuckered out after a busy day of shopping and partying with friends!

Happiest with mom.

May 2nd-

Broken.

I stubbed my toe. And yep, I'm pretty sure it's broken!

Aisley, a unicorn, and more spring flowers...

April 28th-

Keaton is quite the artist these days and gets super creative with his drawings. We love it! This picture is a unicorn wearing a sweatband!
