The 2nd half of February 2016

February 16th-
This is amazingly true for me.
The kids and I spent the day at BreAnne's house in Tremonton. We all had a fun and relaxing day. It was even warm enough to go on a walk!
Aisley's "spot" on BreAnne's couch.

I think it is safe to say that Rich will be catching up to Ruthie in size pretty quickly. Ruthie is 1 year old, Rich is 5 months old. Ha, ha.

February 18th- I signed up for a book box subscription for one month. It was so much fun and I ended up really loving the book that I got! I'm very tempted to sign up for a monthly subscription...! Thanks to my aunt Jil, I found out about all these fun book things that cost more money than I should spend! Thanks a lot Jil! Ha, ha.

February 20th- Aisley discovers the samples at Costco. She'd never even tried a burger before this day! Now we know how to get her to eat. Ha, ha. Guess to get this girl to eat and grow we gotta spend meal time at Costco!

February 22nd- Spur of the moment nap time!

February 23rd- I told the kids to get their jackets on.

February 24th- I babysat all kinds of kids today. Emmitt and Sammy (who I didn't get pictures of), Bentley and Tenlee, and Crayson. It was quite the crazy day. And whew, was I worn out once the day was done! The kids all had tons of fun together.

February 25th-
I love it when this boy has quiet, happy, alone time.
February 26th-

February 27th-

February 28th- Some major marble run building!

February 29th- Keaton's "All About Me" poster to celebrate his half birthday at school. Keaton had so much fun making it with me! The kids at school were intrigued learning about him being a premature baby.

"Sing us a song, you're the piano man..."

Justin thinks it is pretty fun to sing that song to Keaton whenever he is playing with his tiny toy piano. And it makes me laugh so hard!

The only one that can seem to get Keaton to take his bottle while being held is daddy. He has the magic touch I guess.

Oh, and the results are in. I took Keaton to the doctor yesterday for his "9 month" appointment and he now weighs (drum roll please...) 15 lbs 8 oz and is 25 inches long. Okay, okay... he is still small, but he's a pretty big boy to me. Almost 16 lbs is a long way to come from the 2 lbs he weighed when he was born!

rice cereal, best buddies, and the firewalker

April 4th- One of Keaton's 1st times eating rice cereal. :) (Keaton's very first time wasn't so smiley- there was a lot of gagging and funny face making involved- and even some crying, Justin felt pretty bad for the poor boy, but this day he was enjoying it a lot more, as you can tell.)

April 5th- My mom, Maddie, BreAnne and Maccoy came out to visit us. It was a very fun day. Here's a cute picture of Keaton and Maccoy... please excuse the red eyes. (Kinda freaky, sorry.)
April 11th- In one of Justin's classes this semester Justin has been doing a report type thing on firewalking and on Monday night Justin's professor had a firewalking night at his house and Justin and Curtis decided to go. (Sadly, the boys didn't get any pictures of the actual firewalking experience, dang it!) Curtis ended up not firewalking, but Justin did and paid quite dearly for it... ha, ha, ha...
Here is Justin standing in the tub, it being the only way that the bottoms of his feet didn't hurt like crazy!

(If you are anything like me- these pictures of Justin's feet are probably grossing you out- not because they are Justin's feet, but because they are feet, period. Sorry!) You can't really see the burns on Justin's feet all that well, I think it probably hurt way, way worse than it looked like it did. Justin was dying for several hours from the pain- I made a trip late Monday night for some burn cream (I even made a trip over to one of Justin's friend's apartment- Kevin- to give him some burn cream too, both boys were afraid to leave the tub in fear of the pain it would cause!) and I even ended up giving Justin some Tylenol pm so he could sleep. Luckily, by morning his feet were feeling much, much better. :) Once in a lifetime experience, right? I'm glad that urge is satisfied. :)
