girls ONLY trip to LAS VEGAS!

On Thursday morning, August 19th all 15 of us girls piled into 3 cars and headed to Vegas for our long awaited girls trip! On Thursday afternoon we pulled into our hotel all very excited and ready for a super fun weekend. Our first stop- dinner at a yummy Mexican restaurant located inside our hotel, and our second stop- swimming!
At dinner we got to share 8 (non-alcoholic) margaritas! They were super yummy!
On Friday, after a full day of shopping, literally until we dropped, we had dinner at In-N-Out Burger. And these super cute hats were a must have item when it came to picture time!

Saturday was a fast-paced and crazy day full of fun stuff to do. Our first stop was the M&M Factory on the strip. All the little girls absolutely loved it! It was tons of fun just to walk around and look at all the M&M stuff on all 4 floors of the factory.
Our next stop was the Coca-Cola Factory where we were lucky enough to get our picture taken with the Coca-Cola Bear! We also looked around at all the different Coke stuff for a bit and then headed back to the mall for lunch and some more shopping, of course!
And then, Saturday afternoon, (THE REASON FOR OUR GIRLS TRIP, and my favorite part about our girls trips) the moment we were all just waiting for finally arrived and it was time for us all to get dressed up and ready to go and see THE LION KING on Broadway at the Mandalay Bay. Don't these little girls just look so super cute in their matching dresses! BreAnne even made them cute little matching purses for them to carry for the night with lots of fun things in them- like these super cute sunglasses- and other essentials, such as, bracelets, a ring pop, and lip gloss!

And the show surely didn't disappoint! It was absolutely wonderful. The African American culture brought into the show was incredible and very heartfelt. There were lots of very talented actors and actresses, along with lots of very amazing life-like costumes (the opening scene was my favorite, all the animals moved with such life-like grace and beauty), and the music was just to die for! I think we all just loved the play so very much. It was surely an experience we will never forget!

My very most favorite picture of the whole trip.

Of course, our trip seemed to fly by much too quickly and before we knew it, it was Sunday and time for us to head home. But our time together was well spent and we all enjoyed just being able to talk, play, and giggle together about anything and everything we did. I love girl time. :)
