Talon's Farewell

Yesterday was Talon's mission farewell. Talon did a great job on his talk and the chapel was completely full of family and friends to show their support and excitement for Talon and his decision to serve a mission. Our house was also quite full after church as all those same family and friends came over to eat some very yummy breakfast foods and to wish Talon their best wishes and luck!

Here are a bunch of pictures that we took..in no particular order.

Talon and mom.
Talon and Grandpa Craythorne.
Grandma Patsy and her sister, Shirley.
Some of the Cheney family that was able to be there! Grandpa Cheney, Diane, Carmen, Joan, Tiffany, Mark, and John.

Brooklyn and Rielee, Rielee's sister Mckenzie, and one of Rielee's girlfriends.
Me and Jeremy! Goodness he has grown up so darn much! He just makes me so happy every time I see him- he makes me feel special too- because he always makes a point to come up to me and say hi and give me a big hug. I love it!

What a busy day for us all! And the day just flew by. We were able to visit with so many family and friends. It is always so great when we can all get together- especially for such a fun reason. We are all so excited for Talon to be a missionary. And we know that he will do a great job! We can't believe how fast the time is sneaking up on us- Talon only has 1 more week until he goes into the MTC!!! And it will be hard to say good-bye, but we are so proud of Talon and his decision to serve and can't wait for him to be Elder Adams in the mission field!

Did he go into the MTC today? I bet that will be kind of hard for you. How about we do something Saturday?
