SURPRISE! a family photo, Keaton-Keaton-Keaton, and bracelets :)
Sunday, February 27th, was my Grandma and Grandpa Craythorne's 52nd anniversary. And SURPRISE! My Grandma got this AMAZING new car from my Grandpa. Justin and I went to the party at my mom's house. (Keaton stayed at Justin's parent's house till the party was over- dang Winter and cold season! Ha, ha- story of my life!)
After the party we took a couple family pictures to send to Talon. Oh, I can't believe how big Keaton is getting. I love this picture. I am so blessed to have such a great little family.
On Monday, February 28th, it was just me and Keaton hanging out at home all day, and I just couldn't help taking a bunch of pictures of our sweet baby boy who makes me smile ALL DAY LONG. Maybe, looking at these pictures will give you a glimpse of the amazing-ness I get to experience everyday with baby Keaton at my side. :)
Keaton loves playing with his toys and is starting to get really good at grabbing them, and holding onto them, and, of course, trying to shove them in his mouth.
Maddie and Hunter are REALLY (and I mean REALLY) into making these super fun, and cute bracelets. In all different colors and sizes! (Lots of the other kids in my family are really lovin' making them too!) And so, Maddie made me and Keaton these bracelets. I think Keaton's looks so cute on him. And I love mine too. (Don't worry, Justin didn't get left out, Hunter made him one too, but it ended up not fitting- opps! So, it's mine now...)
These bracelets, I guess, are pretty hot stuff right now. Has anyone ever seen them before? I hadn't till my family started making them, but I guess there are kids that sell them at the elementary and junior high schools and are making a killing on them! They are made out of parachute cord and you can buy the cord in just about every color imaginable. And since Hunter and Maddie LOVE making them so much just let me know if you want one and I can have them make one for you! Or, if you need a fun project for young women's or scouts or ANYTHING like that- let me know and they can teach you how to make them!
I put Keaton in his high chair for the first time on Monday and he really enjoyed it. (Can ya tell? :) ) He loves having all his toys right in front of him and I think he really likes to be able to look all around while I do the stuff I need to do around the house.
Yesterday, Tuesday, March 1st, I drove to West Point to spend some time with my mom and then go out to dinner with my family for BreAnne's birthday. My mom babysits for my cousin on Tuesday's and my little cousin Ty was over at my mom's when I got there and I just thought it would be fun to take a few pictures of Keaton and Ty together. :) They are only a few months apart in age, but Ty seems to big compared to Keaton, and Ty is so mobile- crawling and walking with the assistance of furniture and such, trying his hardest to get into lots of trouble. :)
I honestly don't even think that Ty realized that Keaton was even sitting next to him, he was so distracted by everything else. :) Ty is such a sweet, funny baby. He has the cutest giggle and is always very happy and content. Such cute boys!
