baby einstein and a baby blessing

Mar. 10th- Keaton loves watching TV. (I know what you're thinking, "Already?" yes, he already loves TV, we are starting him on the path to addiction young... ha, ha.) So, in an attempt to try to make our baby Keaton as smart as he can be we borrowed some baby einstein DVD's for him to watch. He really likes them. Here is a picture of him after being enthralled by baby einstein for over an hour. He just zonked right out. I was in the bedroom folding laundry and one second I could hear him and the next second it got so quiet, so I went to check on him and he was sound asleep.
Mar. 12th- Keaton's blessing day. (Yes, Keaton is almost 7 months old and we finally decided it was time to bless him. Justin thought we should just wait till he is 8 and baptize and bless him at the same time but... :) )  What an absolutely perfect day with our close family. (We decided against blessing him at church trying to keep him away from the germs...) We couldn't have asked for a better day. Keaton was a sweetheart. Justin gave Keaton a very special blessing. And our family was there to share it all with us.
Keaton's tiny fingers all stickin' through separate holes in the blanket Grandma Craythorne made him. :)

We did have a couple sets of grandparents missing- we were so sad they couldn't make it! We missed them! (But, we are also glad they were willing to stay away and not spread their sicknesses to Keaton.)
And here's a little comparison (Grandma Norman thought of this idea and I thought it would be fun to post.)

Don't feel bad at all. Paxton was our Little Einstein baby from 2 months old! If the tv was on he would just STARE at it while I changed his diaper or he was playing on the floor, so we bought some dvd's so he wasn't just watching anything. Yeah. Where's my mom trophy?
