A weekend in NY

Late Thursday, July 11th, Maddie and Brooklyn arrived at our house to stay for almost a whole week! And on Friday, July 12th we started our adventures with the girls with a trip to New York enable to go to The Hill Cumorah Pageant and to visit Palmyra, and other church sites there including the Sacred Grove.

What a wonderful time we had! The weekend just flew by amid all the fun things we were able to do together- swimming, a little bit of shopping, tours of the church sites, seeing the pageant (which was by far our very favorite part of our trip!), going to church on Sunday, and spending some time in the Sacred Grove.

Saturday, July 13th-

Brooklyn's aunt, uncle and cousins were in the pageant! So it was pretty cool that we got to be there with Brooklyn to watch them participate in the pageant!

Sunday, July 14th-
