Friday, December 4th was our ward Christmas party and the best part about the whole night was helping the kids in our primary class dress up for the nativity. It was quite the task- Mary thought the baby was ugly and scary, the shepherds didn't have a clue where to stand, the wise men were bugging each other the whole time the Christmas story was being read, and I had to force Joseph to stand even remotely close to Mary- but in the long run I think they all really enjoyed it and they sure looked cute! We have such a fun primary class!
Our tree!
A couple of Sundays ago Justin and I went on a drive to look at Christmas lights and decided it was high time to visit my dear friend Amanda and her family to see their new house (that they have lived in for almost a year now) and their new baby (who is 5 months old now)! Oh how I miss this girl! Then on this past Saturday we hung out together at her house just the two of us and ate Cafe Rio and talked and talked and talked trying to catch up. It was so great. Also, last time we were at home, Hunter got together a few strings of old Christmas lights together for Justin and I to put up at our apartment and the day after the Ward Christmas party Justin and Jordan put them up. I was so excited and took a couple of pictures that are so cute but since I don't feel very okay with posting them you will just have to imagine how cute they are- they are green and white. So fun! Thanks Hunter for not letting us go without lights this year! And thanks Justin for putting them up for me!

Your tree looks super cute! I remember doing those skits in church & at Christmas parties, I always wanted to play Mary :)
I need to come over and see your Christmas decorations. What are you doing Thursday night?
Ward Christmas parties are the best. Glad you were able to but lights up this year.
It was sure fun to play!! Let's not have it be another year hummm-kay!
Ashley,
Seeing those pictures reminds me of "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever." Oh, Those were the days... (the Heardmans were absolutely the worst kids in the history of the world, even the girls). Yes I still have some of my parts memorized. Anyway, it looks like you are having a good time. Hope everything is going well for you and your family.
