'twas the night before Christmas

...and all through the house was little Maccoy roaring like a dinosaur!
Maddie was so excited for Christmas to come. The silly girl even set her alarm for 6:30 AM to be sure we didn't miss anything!

Aren't these just the greatest Christmas pajamas! This is one of our family's all time favorite Christmas shows- A Christmas Story- "You'll shoot your eye out!"

After the annual Adam's family Christmas party we all headed back to my parents house -our WHOLE entire family! -to exchange our sibling gifts and then we played a new game that my mom got for the family- Word on the Street! It was lots of fun to spend time all together.
My gift to Talon (only a month left till he leaves- holy cow time flies!). Oh, and Talon's orange cast! Don't even ask what happened! Ha ha. Talon has the worst luck with things like that. A couple of weeks ago he broke his thumb in three places. We are all crossing our fingers that there won't be any problems with it between now and when he leaves and that the cast will be off soon. :)

Adam got a duck call for his sibling gift and Maccoy knew right away just what to do with it.

Bright and early Christmas morning! Maddie's alarm did its job and we were all up and ready to open presents by 7 AM. :) Good thing we have Maddie around, if it weren't for her we might have slept all day! I love this picture. What a great Christmas we had this year and it truly was special to have EVERYONE home. I know that my parents loved it. It was perfect for Talon's last Christmas with us before his mission.

There are more pictures to come but I don't have my NEW CAMERA with me today! This was the last picture I took on my old camera before opening up my Christmas present from my mom- a brand new super cute little red camera. :)

What a fun Christmas, you guys have such a cute family. Just as a side note Talon should go visit Grandma Cheney one last time, if he wants. I don't think she'll be around much longer.
