Keaton fell asleep on our way to Kirtland. He looks pretty cozy- with his favorite owl blankie in his mouth and his foot rested up on his knee. Ha ha!
The Newel K. Whitney Store. Same picture as last year when we stopped here on our way TO Baltimore- plus Aisley- who was still in my tummy last time.
This super cute girl is Sister Sara Clark and she is the same exact missionary who gave us the tour around historic Kirtland a year ago! We recognized each other immediately and it was so fun to look back on our past year and crazy to think just one year later that we would meet again in the same place.
The Isaac Morley Farm. (We didn't visit this site last year and we were really glad we made the stop this year.)
The John Johnson home. By far my favorite stop in Kirtland. (We didn't make a stop here last year either cause it was kind of out of our way to drive there, but this year we skipped the temple tour and went here instead.) There is such a wonderful spirit in this home where many important revelations that make up the Doctrine and Covenants were received. The Sister missionaries who gave us our own personal little tour were so fun and really made our visit enjoyable.
