The 2nd half of January 2016

January 17th- Just loved both of these. And, both are very true.

January 18th-
Keaton and all his Lego creations. He is quite the builder. I'm quite sure he gets it from his dad. He is so patient and loves spending hours following instructions to build something new.

Where Aisley hangs out, with baby in tow, while I blow dry my hair. She really dislikes loud noises and the blow dryer is no exception. So, until my hair is dry this is usually where you can find her- in my closet. Unicorn slippers and all.

My new, beautiful kitchen. Oh, how I love it!
My view from our kitchen windows. This very bright blue house was shocking at first, but I won't lie, after looking at it day after day it really has grown on me- it is unique, fun, and happy.

January 19th-
Yay for kitchen counters and barstools/hanging chairs!
January 23rd- My new planner with the cutest picture of baby Rich on the back. :) 2016 is looking fabulous so far!
January 24th- This is just beautiful.
January 26th- During a quick meeting with the bishop where I was asked to serve in the primary, back at home Aisley took a fall off of Justin's back (while having a horsey-back ride) and sliced her little head open on the railing. It didn't bleed a lot, but it looked kinda deep and gashing, so we took a late night trip to InstaCare where they gave her a few staples in her head. Ouch. She was quite the brave girl though! She's one tough cookie!

Afterwords, Justin asked Aisley what she needed to feel better. "Tic tacs!" She said. So, of course, daddy stopped at the closest gas station on our way home and bought Miss Aisley Pearl some tic-tacs.
January 27th- I am not a tree. I can change. And this year, I am determined to be a better me.
January 29th- I love nap time with this little guy.
January 30th- With my Christmas money I bought the cutest little Polaroid camera that prints through bluetooth these cute little pictures from my phone! I love it for my planner and journal, or even as little gifts. They can be used as tiny pictures, and they are also stickers! Yay!

Some words a friend shared about being a mother that I really just loved.

January 31st- Rich loves bath time. He kicks and kicks in the warm water his entire bath. He gets so excited. Having 3 kids to bath these days makes it so each of them gets less and less baths... it just takes so much time and energy to get it all done. (Please, don't tell me I'm the only one out there who doesn't bath their kids every day?! I promise, my kids are clean!)
