CAR crazy!

This is the truck that Justin has been using for the last year to be able to go to his window jobs and take all his equipment with him- ladders etc. This summer Justin and his good friend and old roommate, Ryan, officially started their own window cleaning business- "ME AND MY SQUEEGEE." And Justin's uncle, Blake, has been nice enough to loan Justin his truck to use for their business. Justin has loved having this truck. It was his grandpa Hunsaker's truck, who passed away several years ago, and therefore holds a lot of memories for Justin. But this past week the time came for us to give Blake's truck back- bittersweet- because it's sad to get rid of this old truck, but it's also exciting too cause Justin got a NEW, old truck!
Getting a new truck has also been bittersweet for me too. The best part is that now I get to drive Justin's car- which I love very, very much! The hard part was giving my car back to my family. For the past year and a half or so my family has let me use their extra car- a red Honda Civic. And yes, as I do with everything, I got very attached to it and think I will miss it a little. I didn't even get a picture with it, I guess because it still feels like it is my car! As Justin would say, I'm kind of a silly girl. But I love Justin's car enough that I think I will be able to get over my attachment fairly quickly. :)
Ta Da! Here is Justin's new TRUCK! It's kinda an old truck. It's a '97 Chevy, but for us it's new and Justin is very happy to have a truck of his own.

And so now, instead of having two cars, a truck and a scooter, (I'm sure we have been driving our neighbors crazy by taking up pretty much the whole parking lot at our apartment!!!) we now have a car for me, a truck for Justin and our scooter. :)

Ashley,
This is MaKenzie Aldous. I'm not sure if you remember me from school or not, but I thought I would try. It looks like things are going good for you!

Looks like you are enjoying your car. Justin looks pretty happy with his truck. Guys are kind of funny about trucks. Maybe it makes them feel more like a man or something. It was so great to see you the other day. I miss you so much. We need to get together again. Love ya!

Ashley! Your car situation sounds like fun - Justin's car looks like a great one to start driving around. I liked your little red one too though. :) I'm sorry I haven't called you back - I'll be in Wyoming the rest of the week but when I get back on Monday I'll be sure to call you. Lots to catch up on I'm sure! You look great and I so look forward to reading your posts!!
