June to July 4th- TIME FLIES!

June has been a crazy month for us. The summer hit hard this month-except for the weather! But Justin and I haven't let the rain hold us back one bit from enjoying ourselves! Although we have been busy working a lot we have already gotten away for some summer fun a couple times so far this summer!


June 17th-21st
YELLOWSTONE trip with the ADAMS family!
1st stop- BEAR WORLD
Grandma and Grandpa Craythorne, along with Brooklyn and Easton, met us at Bear World to join in on the fun!

This little 3 week old goat was my absolute favorite animal in the petting zoo at Bear World. Brooklyn and I both thought they were adorable! And so friendly!

Hunter liked to let this little goat eat his shorts and shoes!
Isn't this pig disgusting?! Brooklyn didn't even dare touch it and he was making lots of gross noises as he was laying here sleeping. The only way I talked Brookie into taking a picture with it was by having Justin be in the picture with her!

All the birds were very hungry and liked to peck food right from our hands.
The only time Talon smiles- when Maccoy is in his arms!
They even had rides for the kids at Bear World! They were pretty cheesy, but nonetheless fun.
This bear ride would spin around and around and with Talon in there with the kids this yellow bear really got spinning. The kids could hardly stand up straight after!
The next time around everyone refused to ride with Talon. :)
BreAnne and Kayte decided to ride on this ride too, but their bear had a no spinning allowed policy!

Maccoy is such a stinkin' cute boy! I couldn't stop taking pictures of him the whole trip! He is growing so fast and getting such a personality. He smiles and giggles so much now and is such a happy, happy baby! I loved being able to spend time especially with Maccoy this trip!
2nd stop- West Yellowstone

This was the closest we got to a real live bear. :)

Waiting for Old Faithful...

Maddie and Hunter were really excited to see Old Faithful for their first time.

I really missed out on taking a lot of good pictures this trip (mostly cause Maccoy got all my attention) But we had lots of fun in Yellowstone driving around the park with the whole family seeing beautiful places and looking for animals (always hoping to see a bear close up- which we did a couple of times actually- I just was never able to get a good picture!), camping in our tiny tent for the first time (mostly in the rain!), and the boys even did some fishing. Justin caught some good, big fish, but sadly I didn't get any pictures. Darn it! But this trip was a blast! Talon leaves on his mission this fall and going on this trip was important for our family because it probably is the last big trip we'll take together before he leaves!


July 3rd-5th
FISH LAKE trip with the CRAYTHORNE family!

I really struggled taking lots of pictures at Fish Lake this year. Justin and I stayed in our tent again and this trip it only rained one night! We had such a fun time with everyone. We especially loved being with the kids, taking them out on the boat and going on lots of four wheeler rides! Justin also did a little fishing and a little bit of wakeboarding out on the lake with Talon and Jackson. I hung out with the girls, took some naps, and even got to hold Brigham! Also the day we left Fish Lake was my mom's birthday and we celebrated it by giving my mom a present, a singing card!, having watermelon for her birthday cake, and all of us sang "You've had a birthday!" Happy birthday mom! We love you! And we love Fish Lake!

Both of our trips so far have flown by way too fast and I can't believe that half of the summer is already over, but we have quite a few more super fun things planned to do this summer so no worries we are going to enjoy our break while it lasts!
