A visit to the Bean Museum and other fun stuff...

I have a (very long) "bucket list" of things I want to do before moving to Nebraska and one of those things I wanted to do was go to the BYU Monte L. Bean Life Science Musuem, which I had never been to before all the years I have lived here, but had always heard it was kinda cool. So, when BreAnne decided to come up to visit this past Tuesday, April 24th we went to the "Bean" museum. (We also went to the BYU dinosaur museum too, another "check" on my bucket list.)
Maccoy and Keaton LOVED all the animals and were pretty much in heaven as we walked through all three floors of the museum. Keaton just pointed at everything and said "oooh..." and "wow!" Before we got to the museum Maccoy asked if there would be an elephant. I didn't really know much about the museum and told him... "Mmmm.... probably not? ...?" But what do ya know, almost the first thing we see when we walk into the museum is this huge elephant! Maccoy was quite pleased about it. :)
After the museums we headed to The Old Spaghetti Factory for lunch. (It is only like my 3rd time going there in the last 5 ish days... ha, ha- We went after Justin's commencement ceremony last Thursday, then I went again with my mom and Maddie on this past Saturday after Maddie's dance competition at Taylorsville High, and then again with BreAnne. Good thing I am always up for the Spaghetti Factory, and since we will be leaving soon and won't have one close to us for a few years I thought it would be okay to go multiple time in not even a week period. :) )
Ellsie and Keaton sure loved the food! Especially the bread. :)
Then off to the mall we went (It was such a beautiful spring day outside and so we drove back to my apartment first and then walked back to the mall. It was actually even a little hot, but it was fun.) for some good, fun, try not to spend any money shopping! The boys favorite store was Crazy 8's where they had a tv with cartoons. We considered leaving them there for a while while we finished up our shopping, but... decided we better not. :)

Maccoy wore his lion leash while we were at the mall since we didn't have enough hands to push 3 strollers and at one point decided he would like Keaton to hold his leash, and when he wouldn't Maccoy decided, "Fine, then I will just hook it around your leg right here!" Ha, ha. Silly boy. :) I just love him to pieces!
It was such a fun, fun day! And, I was sad when it was over! I am going to miss BreAnne and the kids so much when we move!!!
