Last Friday night Justin told me he wanted to take me on a date somewhere fun and that I could choose where we went. So after doing some thinking I decided that I would really like to go to Color Me Mine. We've been to Color Me Mine together one other time while we were dating but, the frame Justin's painted broke while they were firing it so we were given a free studio fee and a free ceramic piece and we decided it was about time we went back and used our gift certificate! We both picked plates to paint and once we started painted our creative juices just started flowing!

It was such a fun date night. Justin and I were glad to spend some time together doing something other than falling asleep to a movie, which is what we usually do...and although we thought by going to Color Me Mine we would be able to talk more (we didn't really talk very much at all cause we had to concentrate on painting our plates just right!) even though we weren't able to it still was so fun to just spend time creating something together!
And ta da! Here are the finished products we just picked them up today and I think they both turned out so good! It amazes me how different the before and after pictures look! And I love most of all the glittery paint we picked!
