Just wanted to show off a few of my cute 4th of July decorations. Mainly, so I could show off my super cute little daises which sweet Sister Kathy Austin/Peschke in our branch brought over the day after my D&C. Little did she know that they are my very favorite flower and I love them dearly and they continue to make me happy everyday sitting right in the center of our coffee table in our family room.
We had a very fun 4th of July out here in Columbus. The Peschke's, a very cute and nice couple in our branch, had a very fun 4th of July celebration out at their house which is right next to a beautiful lake. We had a lot of fun and got to hang out with/meet lots of people in our little branch.
We tried to get Keaton to go swimming in the lake, but... he just cried and cried and didn't like it at all. He couldn't wait to just get out of the water and share my diet coke with me. This picture is for you mom! (My mom left some pop behind after she left last week and I had a killer headache and was trying to relieve it with some caffeine... I don't even like diet coke, but my head hurt so bad I was willing to try just about anything. And Keaton quite enjoyed it. Ha, ha. Justin didn't like that I would give it to him, but we don't ever drink pop, let alone pop with caffeine so I didn't feel like it could do too much harm. :) )
My super cute boys with their super cute haircuts that they got earlier that day. :) The are both quite handsome if I do say so myself!
I forgot to get a picture of Keaton in his fun flag shirt, which I was pretty sad about. :( (I guess we will have to try again on Pioneer day?) But, we had a ton of fun here in Columbus, Nebraska for the 4th of July as we enjoyed the lake and watched all the fireworks until way past Keaton's bedtime. It was a good day.
